Akihito Izuhara and Ikuko Mizokami began collaborating in 1996 with the aim of creating the interactive story "PutleStory."
In 2005, they began producing art animations, and their works have received high praise at international film festivals both in Japan and abroad. They have been nominated three times and invited to screen at the Berlin International Film Festival twice.
Since 2014, they have been planning and hosting the "Hansbourn Film Exhibition," a screening of short films.
